Privacy

What Lodven stores, why it is used, and how private and public report access are separated.

Last updated August 15, 2026. This notice explains the data Lodven uses to create private Growth Previews and Growth Diagnosis Reports, process Full Report purchases, and operate the service.

Data We Collect

Lodven stores your Google account identifier, email, name, session token hash, submitted public URLs, generated report records, access state, notification requests, and operational metadata such as timestamps and report generation status.

Lodven may store a hashed IP-derived value for quota and abuse prevention. Do not submit private credentials, private documents, or non-public customer data.

Lodven uses Google Analytics to collect website usage data such as page views, referral and campaign information, approximate location, browser or device details, and product-funnel interactions including diagnosis, sign-in, preview, checkout, and purchase milestones. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers. Lodven does not send your Google account email, submitted URL, or report contents through this analytics integration.

How Data Is Used

Lodven uses this data to authenticate you, generate and display reports, provide Full Report Access, send requested transactional emails, prevent abuse, investigate payment or delivery problems, debug failures, and improve report quality. Website usage data is used to understand traffic and evaluate the product funnel.

Submitted public URLs are reviewed with AI systems and supporting tools that inspect public evidence. Report output should be treated as AI-generated analysis.

Payments

Stripe hosts Checkout and processes card and billing information. Lodven sends Stripe the account email, the product and price, and a local purchase reference needed to reconcile Full Report Access. Lodven does not receive or store your full card number.

Lodven stores payment identifiers and status information needed to confirm payment, provide access, handle refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records. These can include Stripe Checkout Session, PaymentIntent, Charge, Refund, and Dispute identifiers.

Private and Public Reports

Your completed reports are private to your account by default. Lodven only serves a report on a Public Report route after it has been deliberately marked for publication.

If you request diagnosis for the same normalized public URL as another report, Lodven may reuse a cached completed report during the cache window to reduce duplicate generation.

Retention and Requests

Lodven keeps account, session, URL, report, purchase, refund, dispute, and operational records as needed to provide the service, maintain access, meet payment-record obligations, debug reliability, and prevent abuse.

To request deletion or correction, email lodven.team@gmail.com. Some transaction, security, or dispute records may need to be retained after an account or report deletion request.

Service Providers

Lodven uses Google for sign-in and website analytics, Cloudflare for hosting and data storage, Resend for requested transactional emails, Stripe for payment processing, and AI tooling for report generation. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy practices.

Security and Contact

Lodven uses account-gated report access, private-by-default routes, hashed session tokens, Stripe-hosted Checkout, and operational controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
